As the Leader Development Program Lead at Electronic Arts, Lindsay Teplesky designs and implements innovative learning strategies that foster leadership growth, career development, and workforce retention. Lindsay Teplesky follows a people-first and strengths-based approach, ensuring meaningful impact for both individuals and organizations.
 

Before joining Electronic Arts, Lindsay Teplesky led the Corporate Fellowship Program at the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes initiative, successfully placing over 3,500 transitioning service members into internships with an 85% job offer rate. Lindsay Teplesky consistently supports career transitions and workforce development for veterans and military spouses.
 

Lindsay Teplesky began her career as an active-duty Army social worker in Landstuhl, Germany, gaining experience in individual and marital counseling, hospital social work, and combat stress support. Lindsay Teplesky has been recognized as the 2018 Fort Carson Military Spouse of the Year and a 2021 LinkedIn Top Voice for the Military Community, bringing expertise, empathy, and real-world experience to every role she undertakes.
